I started my career in 2007 as an RF engineer in India, first with GTL Limited in Bangalore and then with Prithvi Information Solutions in Hyderabad, drive-testing and optimizing GSM, CDMA and WCDMA networks. It was hands-on, detail-heavy work, and it was my first lesson in how much depends on measuring the right things accurately.
In 2009 I joined Saudi Telecom Company (STC) in Jeddah, where I spent more than fourteen years in network performance management. The role grew with me: from performance reporting across 2G to 5G radio and core networks, into designing and governing KPI frameworks, managing vendor performance, and owning the Power BI reporting that leadership relied on, including during Hajj, Ramadan and emergency operations.
In 2024 I moved to Riyadh, first building KPI and SLA reporting solutions at WAKEB Data, and then joining Tahakom as a Performance Management Consultant. Today I lead performance management and KPI governance for the AI & Advanced Technology Sector: cascading strategy into director-level KPIs and OKRs, running executive performance reviews, governing IT service performance, and automating the reporting behind it.
Alongside my work, I am completing an MBA in Business Analytics, to deepen the analytical side of what I do.
